Lime rotative per alberi flessibili Le lime rotative sono prodotte da Gamma
Zinken appositamente in metallo duro anti usura che garantisce una lunga durata.La lima rotative di Gamma Zinken è adatta ad impieghi a forte
velocità di rotaazione perchè non risente dell'aumento di temperatura
prodotto dal lavoro e non si deteriora come le altre lime in commercio
adatte solo ai trapani comuni.
- Passo grosso Tg 1 : Lime rotative adatte per
lavorare legno, materie plastiche e leghe leggere ad alta velocità.
Consentono velocità di rotazione massime di 30.000 giri/1 ’ (il ø 1 2
mm), fino a 45.000 giri/1 ’ (il ø 4 mm).
- Passo fine Tg 3: Lime rotative adatte per
lavorare ferro, acciaio duro e temprato, si utilizzano anche per
finitura su legno.Consentono velocità di rotazione massime di 20.000
giri/1 ’ (il ø 1 2 mm) fino a 30.000 giri/1 ’ (il ø 4 mm).
- Passo incrociato Tg 4: Lime rotative
particolarmente adatte per la finitura su acciaio e per i cordoni di
saldatura, consentono un ottimo controllo della lavorazione perché
polverizzano il truciolo. Consentono velocità di rotazione di 20.000 giri/1 ’ (il ø 1 0 mm) fino a 25.000 giri/1 ’ (il ø 6 mm).
